Please join us on November 19th at 7 PM at Joe’s Club for our next homeowner’s association board of directors meeting.  This will be a special meeting in which all homeowners should plan to attend.

Items to be discussed:

  1. 2026 annual budget review.  We will be providing all homeowners with a copy in advance to review.
  2. Nominations for 2026 board members.  We encourage homeowners to consider volunteering to serve on the board of directors next year.
