Community Yard Sale

Ready for some Fall cleaning?  Consider selling some of the household items from your garage.  We’ll host signs on Wickham Road so that non-residents will know to come into our community and consider buying your wears.  The City of Melbourne allows us to host a community yard sale twice per year.  We’ll do another one in the Spring of 2026.

Make sure to have some change on hand, be careful if you are walking through the community, have fun and make some money.  Please share on your social media feeds so that we can all benefit from the increased traffic!
